Clean Cat For PYBAR’s Eloise Copper Mine Project

One of the first diesel electric underground LHDs on the market, PYBAR’s new Cat R2900 XE underground loader has arrived at the AIC Mines’ Eloise Copper Mine project in far north Queensland.

The new R2900 XE loader, rebranded UL0157 on arrival at Eloise, boasts 31%+ greater fuel efficiency, a 20% increase in productivity and 52% quicker acceleration than previous R2900 models. Equipped with Cat Command technology with full autonomy, including auto dig and dump features, the machine will deliver larger payloads, reduced emissions and enhanced safety features for our client’s project.

PYBAR has been on site at Eloise providing underground development mining services since 2020 and our skilled and dedicated team is keen to set the new loader to work alongside our existing fleet of specialised underground mining equipment to further support the successful development of the project.
