Late last year, we gained some valued feedback from our teams about the need to consolidate our values and to increase our communications to all sites. We’ve listened and we’ve acted.
Over the last six months, our CEO Paul Rouse and COO Brendan Rouse have personally travelled around the country visiting every site and meeting every team. The objective was to share our values and provide an update on the business.
