A recent review by geotechnical engineers engaged by KBL on poor ground conditions in a critical decline development at the Mineral Hill Mine resulted in the recommendation to shotcrete the decline to ensure long term access.
PYBAR has been contracted by John Holland to supply a Jacon Maxijet robotic shotcrete rig with experienced operator/nozzleman for the Hume Highway underpass of Sydney’s Glenfield to Leppington Rail Line project.
PYBAR has recently completed a unique shotcreting project for Mancala`s Fossey Mine located in Tasmania. The project was to create a ‘plug’ which would hold back a considerable amount of water in the mine. This particular type of ‘plug’ has never been completed in Australia and only the third time in the world.
